Outstanding Animal American Heroes Flag Day 14 June 2013

Kenosha International Noble Garden of Peace organized Flag Day on Friday, June 14, 2013 with the theme, "Outstanding Animal American Heroes" with a Pet Memorial Section Brick Presentations.  This function remembered several Animal Heroes that rendered yeomen service to American leaders and in wars.

Sri Prasad was a speaker at this function.  He said, we are respecting and remembering the animals that have served us.  But they deserve to be respected because they are animals.  As animals, they are superior to human beings, Prasad said.  They do not lie, cheat, exploit, insult or cause environmental degradation.  They live a disciplined life, eat what they need and never indulge excessively.  Have you ever seen an obese animal? Prasad questioned.

They relish limited variety of food, go in search of food everyday with innate confidence that nature provides for their sustenance and humans hoard and accumulate.  They do not brush their teeth, take a bath but nevertheless they are cleaner than humans.  We have a great deal to learn from animals, Prasad said.

The program was organized in Kenosha, Wisconsin in the Peace Garden on Lake Michigan in a beautiful and serene surroundings.

Kenosha K-9 unit of Sheriff's Department organized a Demonstration on the skills and abilities of their dog squad.  Their smell abilities, loyalty demonstrations surprised everybody present.
