Sarva Seva Sangh (All India Sarvodaya Mandal) organized a 'Sarvodaya Youth Camp' in its premises in Sevagram, Wardha District, Maharashtra from 25 to 28 April 2013. 32 Youth from Andhra Pradesh participated in this Camp. The Camp was inaugurated by SuShri Radha Behn Bhatt, President Sarva Seva Sangh. Functionaries of Sarva Seva Sangh - Mahadev Bhai (Managing Trustee) from Ahmedabad, Aditya Patnaik (Trustee) from Orissa, Annamalai from Chennai, Shaikh Hussain (Secretary) from Mumbai have taken the classes.
Sri Jayawant Matkar, President Sevagram Ashram, Dr. Sugan Barant, President Nai Talim Samithi, Goutam Bajaj of Pavnar Ashram, Pravina Behn of Nivedita Nilayam shared with the participants their life experiences. The participants visited Sevagram Ashram, Bapu Kuti, participated in Ashram Prayers, Pavnar Ashram, Centre of Science for Villages and Kumarappa Puram where several rural technologies are developed and applied like low-cost housing, Biogas, herbal products etc.
Earlier on 24 April the team was given an orientation at Gandhi Darshan, Exhibition Grounds, Hyderabad. Dr. Kamal Taori, IAS (Retd.), Sri CV Chari, Chairman, Gandhi Gyan Pratishtan, Sri Rajender Reddy, Chairman, Bhoodan Yagna Board, Viswabandhu Dr. Boinapalli Venkata Rama Rao, Sri Surendra Lunia, Sri Laxmi Niwas Sharma, Sri Pratti Seshaiah, Sri Bhaskar from Gandhi Darshan gave them a warm send off.
The programme was coordinated by Sri GVVSDS Prasad, assisted by a team, Devi Prasad, Maruthi, Sachin, Jeevan, Vaman Rao, Lokhande and others in Sevagram.
